Some people think that after almost 2,000 years, there could be no course corrections - we should have this Bible stuff down by now. And yet, it was only 150 years ago we were arguing whether the Bible condemned slavery - poorly I might add.

There are a lot of biblical arguments to silence people, and a lot of biblical arguments giving people a voice. Fortunately for the world, it seems to me those with the death grip on some of these oppressive interpretations are losing their popularity.
