I wonder if someone's made a list of all the crazy "rules" our American Christian churches have elected to live under during the past 150 years? I knew a man who was called out during the sermon for driving a car with white-wall tires (for you youngins, that was an option on tires back in the day). It seems the pastor noticed the car parked in the church's parking lot that morning.

The man was horrified - so he spent the afternoon turning the tires around to face inward. He had just bought the car, and it came with the tires.

I also wonder how Christian churches can celebrate being freed from Old Testament law while creating 1,000's of new laws...
