Actually Derek, I didn't say that I dismissed Simon Sinek out-of-hand; I just said that when I do take his advice, I need to remember that he's not a successful leader, just a successful author. The same way you may choose how much credence to give a marriage counselor who's been divorced four times, or a drug and alcohol counselor who's just gotten their 4th DUI. It's a data point, nothing more!
